In the previous edition it was Salvatore Maranzano who wanted to share his opinion about me, my ideas and my straightforward approach. I can imagine that it is scary for those dull and political correct people, when a new face appears. My hard language sometimes strikes their poor souls and my lack of respect for ‘’the big boys’’ makes them become arrogant with an aura of ‘’ we know what’s the best’’. Well, you’re not.
My ideas about another democracy are ‘’lobbying for political reasons’’ according to them. But is this true? What is the truth?
It is true, with my ideas, the power will be in the hands of the 5 mayors. But how about now? Who has the power at this time? If we look closely, we see that 3 members of the parliament already form the greater part. That means that three members can decide together what kind of laws will be implemented, who get’s to be fired and who may stay. That doesn’t change with my plans, so why these accusations?
In my plans, these three persons are only the mayors. Mayors who stand close to the people, who know whati s going on and doesn’t take part in powerplays. So now what? Three members of parliament together don’t need more than ten votes. If we consider that they all voted twice on themselves, this group only has the support of 4 people. So again, why these accusations?
That these people are in the parliament now says nothing about their quality, because they just happened to be in a partie with a lot of votes. Because they were friends with one of those leaders. So I ask you this, if my idea isn’t a democracy, is this? The people who accused me are just afraid for their jobs apparently.
