Dear Virtuan friends,
My name is Tuned and I’m candidate for the Virtuan presidency of round 84, in this article I’d like to present you my team’s ambitions for the next round. First of all, if elected, thehopehitman2 will be responsible again for Education and annoniem 2 for justice and safety. I hope to appoint more consuls for other departments at the start of the round.
Internal
The lawbook is a mess, and we have the opportunity next round to approve some changes, next round everyone can join an open discussion on what should be changed in the law book. This to make sure that nobody can take advantage of faults in the lawbook and to improve the political interests of the Virtuan citizens by making it possible for them to discuss.
Foreign relations
It’s clear that we’re going to have a round filled with challenges next round (on foreign level), with the civil war we had this round in Digitalië and a Virtuan taking the throne in the country. We cannot forecast what will happen next round, but there’s a big chance that there will be questions about the Virtuan involvement. Because we have an experienced team, we can be sure that the right decisions will be made, and that any threat against the Virtuan state will be taken care off. Security of the Virtuan citizens is a top priority, and will be ensured next round.
Annoniem 2, candidate Consul of Justice and Safety
Some of you might know him, he’s a true Virtuan Veteran. He was the first Virtuan to become SCOI on Virtuan soil (Super Captain of Industry – the highest possible status to win on trade level in miniconomy). In the past he has protected Virtua multiple times from a foreign threat, or even an internal threat, when a government official had too much power. To ensure safety and justice in this country for every citizen, I have chosen him to be consul of justice and safety!
Thehopehitman2, candidate Consul of Education
Thehopehitman2 will be responsible for Education in Virtua, he did a great job this round, and many people received their officer and teacher degree. But we must admit that due to the loss of degrees, there is still a lot to do for the educational department. Many people lost their degree, and we have a shortage on people with a bodyguard, lawyer and priest positions. Our ambition is to get these degrees back to Virtua. We’d also like to prolong the amount of rounds that you are able to keep your degrees, which is now set at three rounds. This is going to be discussed separately for each degree, as your knowledge can be influenced by different factors (like updates of the lawbook) which need and update of the knowledge of the degree holder. To change the length of degrees we will have to work in conjunction with the COV.
