Returning emigrant

After I rested for some trading periods at the beach of some sunshine country (but when I was there of course it rained like I was in Belgium) and started to study a bachelor of informatics I couldn’t resist to return to the Cyberian borders.
Once I arrived at the border, I immediately noticed some changes, but also some things that stayed the same.
The political system changed a lot. The People Council system, which was discussed about for rounds, and which I despised, has been implemented after all and seems (except for problems with the budget) to function well. The shops stayed the same, although you can see a big advertisement with -10% nowadays, something you never saw in the past.
But unfortunately, a lot of things stayed the same. English for example is still the only language, even in the Dutch speaking Cyberia, where the people who are less competent in the foreign language are to come off worst en often are not allowed to defend their selves in a lawsuit. And although the Federal services are bilingual, at the international services as the International Court, the Virtuan Embassy, the Premium Member club and not to forget, the Council of Veterans the same flexibility is lacking. The Council of Veterans, which of all should be the example of experienced players to other players refuses every communication that isn’t Dutch. Only announcements are in Dutch, probably because they hope to be sure to be rude to everybody.
Altogether there are some changes, but a lot of annoying things stayed the same, even after almost half a year of holiday.
