There are several reports of poor souls getting ripped apart by a group of werewolves. Now and then a doctor seems to be capable of saving the lives of the victims. But most of the victims will never speak again.
In order to protect the streets a vigilante is patrolling during the day. During a daily meeting they vote for the most suspicious citizen to be hanged. More than once the hanged one turns out to be a wolf… But sometimes an innocent bystander faces an horrible death.
