When several explorers discovered Cyberia many years ago and laid the basis for the Federation, it was expected that only Dutch people, knows for their culture of trading, would settle down. It was for this reason that Cyberia was made for and by Dutch people.
When people from other countries began to take an interest in the Federation and created their own country, there was a need for translating all of Cyberia. Signs, explanations, laws and all other written language was translated to English to make it possible for non-Dutch traders to settle down and evolve in the mountain land.
It aren’t just British and American traders that came to here, people from all corners of the world came and seek fortune. Although most of them were able to speak English, thaey dreamed more and more of a Federation in their own language.
It is for this reason that employees and citizens of the Federation have started translating all text. Examples are French, Spanish and German, but also Portuguese and Turkish seem to be popular. To give an insight in the progress made so far, check out the Information desk. There you can see that some languages already came through on many items, and some still have a long way to go.
