Who will take over the new education system?
The federals have made a new education system, and it seems to work really good, but an issue so far is that, a president can just request diplomas for people with no knowlegde on how the job would work. It seems like a smal flaw in the new article made in the IL, but as in my last article i have made some background work as you can see below.
Mjello: The new university announcement you made? was it ment for a president just to make request?
FeC: It is meant to reactivate education systems on national basis.
Governments can decide what requirements they need.
Mjello: Are you going to take over the exams and stuff? or will the announcement/law be rewritten for the president to make their own law for how to obtain them?
FeC: No, it is totally up to the national government.
It seems like a good idea from the federal team, but so far there havent been made an efford from the gouverment to implement new schools or such. Back in the days it was actully a minister there would take up the job to make a club for reqest and another club for exams. Maybe this will be implementet again from the gouverments. The flaw with a president, teacher etc etc. to just ask federals to hand out diplomas dosent really seems to go hand in hand with the main idea from federals. Or will the politicians might want to step up, and make something out of their jobs? You could get the feeling that presidents and ministers are sitting in the chairs and not doing to much, i know that United Blingdom have tried for almost 4 rounds to improve the lawbook. But everytime there seems to be made a few things it goes back to the sleeping cave again. How Guilderland does their improvement in beond my knowledge, there seems to be a few small flaws, yet no one have tried with politic to change them so far, maybe it is because no one had seen them before this round. But will there be made any big changes for next round, or will it be forgotten and maybe reused later on?
