In recent trading periods, small and large adjustments have been made that have changed the game. The TMC reviews these adjustments. For instance, in a previous TMC edition, the Town Hall was razed to the ground, and the new dropdown menu when expanding skyscrapers was well received.
For this edition, the TMC editors investigated two adjustments: stocking shops and the new PM function to produce the maximum number of products.
Stocking Shops
Whereas merchants previously had to calculate on the nano sqt how many products they were allowed to send to their shop, this is now done automatically. If you want to stock a 4 sqt shed with 3 machines, you no longer get an error message; instead, the number of machines to be shipped is automatically changed to 2. Merchants therefore no longer need to have mathematical insight to stock their shops.
Initially, there were a few merchants who loudly protested against the new system. But that seems to have been a fear of change. Because by now, almost all merchants are making eager use of it. Consequently, the TMC panel gives this adjustment 5 out of 5 stars.
Maximum production button
For some time now, it has been possible for (PM) traders to produce the maximum number of products with a single press of a button in the production menu. This is a very handy addition that takes into account the products, the tools, and the energy required to make a product.
The TMC panel gives this adjustment 3.5 out of 5 stars. The new button is a nice addition. However, its full potential has not yet been realized. For instance, rounding up on used tools is not taken into account (if you have 1 screwdriver left that you can use for half its capacity, the max button counts as a full screwdriver), and the amount of free space in the magazine is not taken into account (if you have 10 sqt of space left, the max button indicates you can also produce 20 sqt of products).
