The Federal Tribunal and the Internatinal
The Federal Tribunal and the International court, maybe gets it revival this time, Sesam and Troel has both said they would take on the FT as chairman, and after a long time away, Natcha12 has taken on the IC.
But the work on the FT is to find flaws in the IL and NL of the game and the country’s, but can it really be true, that a team of 5 veterans, can be allowed to find flaws in a lawbook, with no obligation to find a way to rewrite the law to be allowed in the lawbook? The reason for a law to be made is normally to ensure a problem to be solved, and if we let 5 veteran players find these flaws, shouldn’t the same 5 people have the responsibility to make sure the law is getting implemented?
Veterans was once people well respected in the political spectate of the game, but as the game has changed and evolved veterans is now what we would call members in the FT, these people are the players we put our faith in to make sure, that everybody is getting listen to, but if they can just find flaws and not try so solve the problem, i believe that veterans has lost the respect they should be met with.
The IC has asked for judges, this means a chairman is active again. Not long ago the Federal team changed the way to achieve degrees, but not to many has taken the time to look into this, and because of that we do not have that many lawyers there can join as judges.
But the chairman of the IC is also a member of the FT, can this really work? To be a judge in normal cases were a person maybe has been wrong by either crime, broken rules in a club, mud throwing in the chat or a club. Yes i believe so, but what if a player wants to challenge a law? how can you be a judge in a courtroom, when you maybe has been advising on the law? this would make a conflict, some people maybe would say they could still be objective on the matter, but i know for fact, that if you have put your time, sweat and blood into something, you can’t be objective when another person is questioning what you have worked on.
Maybe the members of FT and IC, or just the chairman should have a talk about this to make sure that members of one can be members in the other. will someone take on this matter or maybe it’s just me thinking this
