Fortuna, April 23, 2026 — In what experts describe as one of the most drastic population movements of this season, Paul and Koen Stolk have definitively left the city of Coinville behind. Their destination: Fortuna, the bustling capital of the kingdom of Capitalia.
After years of vacation, the brothers returned to economic life in good spirits. Coinville seemed like a logical base at first glance, until reality struck. The city turned out to be a closed world of seasoned traders, where newcomers were kindly ignored and the established order was hardly disturbed by two fresh faces at the market.
Royal rescue
The tipping point came when Frankeur, the reigning king of Capitalia, visited Coinville. A man with a vision, a crown, and apparently also a good sense of identifying promising talent. He personally invited the Stolks to his city, and the rest is history.
In Fortuna, fun comes first. A nightly vision took me to the distant lands, and there your praised king found the right duo,” said Frankeur
Warm welcome in Fortuna
The arrival in Fortuna was a world of difference. Where Coinville was businesslike and sleek, Fortuna exudes cosiness. Active traders, but without the deadly seriousness of a top tour. And on the street, in the pub, everywhere: it is buzzing with lively, cheerful, completely useless chatter. The Stolks immediately felt at home.
Koen Stolk, who endured the entire operation with his brother, says:
Coinville? Feel free to call it coinfail! On the other hand, Fortuna is buzzing. Casinos, big trade and they really speak our language here – says Koen Stolk
Paul doesn’t seem to regret his decision for a second. The Stolks are now fully integrated in Fortuna and do not seem to be leaving for the time being.
Even though my brother and I are occasionally confused, waking up every morning is a pleasure in this beautiful city. – adds Paul Stolk.
Coinville could not be reached for comment. There was no response; Probably too busy trading to distinguish a journalist from a newcomer.
