The government has made their own solution for Global Warming; the blueprints of the Lamcia were changed in the beginning of this trade period so it is a Hybrid car. It’s a lot cheaper than other cars and it’s a fuel-miser so it should be attractive as a taxi for one person. But we decided to test the new Lamcia Hybrid in every way.
The first thing we see is that it is small. With only 1 squst it is about as big as the Miniconomini. But it is big enough for two persons. When we start the car it sounds great; almost no sound at all and you can clearly hear that this is an economical car. But when we drive away we can also notice that. When we accelerated we were overtaken by the Cyberian Minister of Finance Jorref on his bike, speeding to the Ministry. It is very clear to us that the new Lamcia Hybrid is not a sports car which can win a race against a MCdus on the highway Eurodam-Bahthoevedorp. It’s the opposite; we were passed by several Miniconomini’s. And when we arrived in Bahthoevedorp, we notice that the right head light was broken. That is just another disadvantage of the Lamcia; it’s cheap to build so it is a cheap car you need to take to the garage a lot.
But there are advantages. As said it is really a fuel-miser car. Where a MitshuISHi uses 4 liters of gasoline on the highway Eurodam-Bahthoevedorp, a Lamcia uses just over 2 liters for that. And we also noticed a lot of Lamcia’s on that highway. Because it’s cheap and economical a lot of taxi drivers choose to trade their Miniconomini for a Lamcia. And, even if it’s a car that gets older fast, I predict a long-lasting future for the new Lamcia Hybrid as cab for one person.
