My great grandfather Rhijnvis Feith once wrote “History is not written by the great, but by a number of average and more competent people”. In part 2 of the three part series defining the history of Miniconomy through statistics we take a look at politics.
It is hard to say who have been the great ones in politics. Only a few stick out, but most of them have disappeared for different reasons. In Cyberia we will therefore focus on the “average” politicians.
M1n1conomy has collected the most votes all-time, who has convinced over 350 people to confide in him and write laws or take his seat as Minister of Justice on their behalf. The record holder for the most times as Minister of Justice is pretty much a standard sight in the Cyberian courtroom, but people can’t think him of out building such as the International Court and the Achterkamertje either.
Someone who is slowly catching up to him is Bonanza. The record holder for amount of times as Minister of Finance (6 times) has collected 297 votes in his career. Experts rate Bonanza over m1n1conomy since has collected these votes in almost half the time that m1n1conomy has.

You can’t really speak about politicians in Digitalia, but there have been a few powerful people. Almost all big names of the past have been King, three of them even out of the top 10 list in Cyberia. You can find an interview with the current King in the article “Meet the Politicians” of this paper. Below is a list of all the people who have been King in the past:

And what about our youngest nation, Virtua. One person really sticks out there, current Council of Veterans Chairman Riemer1990, who has always had a big part in Virtuan politics. The highest position in each country, President, Chairman, and King, have been achieved by only 2 people, the current Federal Manager and marcelbuter. A few people such as Podje, Joep Eerlijk and Lindapinda86 have achieved two of these positions.
And so you see that it is almost impossible to say who is the biggest politician in the history of Miniconomy, but all will agree that history is indeed written by a number of average politicians that have always proven to be competent.
