All merchants are crazy. While buying in bulk with small profit margins, they whine about the lack of marketing, but have tons of money. That is the current trend. Brick traders worry if you want it for 4 I-Shell, while that is quite expensive. Iron traders find 10 I-Shell per bar low and the plastic traders today find 4.5 I-Shell a low price.
It is striking that so few complaints about prices are made. Now it is obviously true that virtually all products are expensive at the moment, but some really exaggerate. Wood for more than 0.4 is absurd. Plastic for more than 3 I-Shell is also exaggerated, iron for 8 is not crazy, and chips for 23 I-Shell is normal too.
Eventually, the small traders suffer from the high prices. They take the least profit, and the big traders offer nice discounts (where is the time that Bricks were 2.50 I-Shell per brick and Iron was 6 I-Shell per bar? Maybe the CBI should take a little bit more aciton again cartels, or maybe the entire cartel laws should be adjusted (such as a smaller profit margin, or maximum profit per product (as the demand for products differs greatly.
In any case, enough material to think about!
