This Article will be about whats happening in Recruiter Private, and first off I would like to thank Andoversr for letting me have access to this club so I could make this article about whats happening there.
One of the many discussions there goes on what to do, to get new players to MC. Some wanted to only focus on a few countries, US, UK and Netherlands, since in their opinion most players come from those 3 countries, Tranqer also wanted to focus on Portugal for some reason. But that discussion died 2 months ago.
Andoversr also started a discussion about Recruitment System 2.0 with the ideas that new players could earn PM days for achieving something. There were some good ideas in that topic, but it died out 3 months ago, last post in that topic was 18/7/13
The Recruiters or some of them, namely Andoversr, Bruno and Cogito have discussed what to do about the “Spanish” problem in Ibisha, where they complain about too few spanish speaking players and only one spanish speaking assistant, but they didn’t come with a solution and asked feds to change the language “warning” when you select a city on registration.
One of what seems to be Andoversr’s main quest with the recruiter system was getting a Google App, however that didn’t get anywhere, and Andoversr didn’t come with a decent solution that Wouter liked, since it was his company that would put name to it.
But the topic I liked the most was Andoversr’s post to every recruiter: “If your name is on this list in this topic you need to start posting and doing stuff to prove you deserve to keep the Degree and position of Recruiter. If you are still inactive by the end the next round you will be fired.”
There was also a topic about keeping in touch with new players and making sure they stay here, to be honest it seems that it was the topic that was having the most activity.
It was a thread that turned out to be about the 3 schools that was supposed to join us last round, where we only saw a few dutch accounts but the Americans decided to ditch it and go else where. Rednax was out fast to say that he wouldn’t suggest the schools to settle in Ibisha due to the lack of trade. To help it Feds agreed if someone could make a club within the first few days, then they would sponsor the cost of building it.
Some of the newest talk have been about Virtuan National Archieves where Andoversr asked everyone how they could keep the club alive since it was really important for MC. Rednax was fast to offer his help with his page, since he already keep track of all public clubs.
To end it all, there have been talk about a new voting system, and where did it all start? Recruiters decided that they wanted a new system and have been discussing it for a while.
So what have recruiters done for MC?
